Last night was The Quiz with penwing and others, which was great fun. Came second to last which means we got the booby prize of 4 pints of beer. Not bad. I did not know that the Missouri was a main tributory of the Mississippi. I also didn't know that the mountain range in North Africa is the Atlas Mountains. Oh the shame ;)

Woke up this morning with the kind of splitting headache where you hope you die because then at least the awful pressure and pain will go away. I really should talk to the doctor about sinus problems because this is getting silly. Despite that, I was in work by 8.30am this morning. Go me. I made an extra effort because I keep getting in late and it 1. looks bad and 2. means I don't get to leave until gone 6pm and I hate being here when everyone's gone home.

Headache is lifting due to painkillers and decongestant. The relief of the absence of pain is just phenomenal.

In other news, a small tub of Munchy Seeds goes a very long way when you knock it all over the office carpet.
