Song for the moment
Dec. 14th, 2003 12:18 pmI'm on a Fleetwood Mac kick right now. I have their greatest hits CD in my car and I'd forgotten the sheer range of stuff they've managed to create. Damn, I wish I'd been an early seventies teenager! British music in the early nineties produced some truly dreadful crap! I guess the seventies did too - just we don't remember it.
The Chain - Fleetwood Mac
Listen to the wind blow
Watch the sun rise
Run in the shadows
Damn your love
Damn your lies
And if
You don't love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain
And if
You don't love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain
Listen to the wind blow
Down comes the night
Run in the shadows
Damn your love
Damn your lies
Break the silence
Damn the dark
Damn the light
And if
You don't love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain
And if
You don't love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain
The Chain - Fleetwood Mac
Listen to the wind blow
Watch the sun rise
Run in the shadows
Damn your love
Damn your lies
And if
You don't love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain
And if
You don't love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain
Listen to the wind blow
Down comes the night
Run in the shadows
Damn your love
Damn your lies
Break the silence
Damn the dark
Damn the light
And if
You don't love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain
And if
You don't love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain
