La, la, la. I am a fish.

Feeling a bit poorly and had to lie for 2 hours in a dark room this evening to get rid of evil headache from hell. Work was marginally better today and people seemt to be taking a bit more interest in my abilities and my future role. I am already the unofficial computer fixer - how did that happen?!All I can say is roll on payday! I know what I'll do when I'm bored tomorrow - I'll calculate exactly how much I've earned so far. I've got to get used to this paid monthly lark and I really do hope I get paid on the 15th because otherwise it's going to be 15th December and the thought of that makes me sort of uneasy!

I also now how have my own desk. It is absolutely huge. I have no idea what to do with the space. I suppose I should put something personal up, really. I didn't in my old job because I was only contract staff. Except, it won't be a picture of the boyfriend/husband or children (for obvious reasons). Would it be sad to put a picture of the cat up??! Although she is technically sibling... I am going to my first meeting on Friday afternoon - for a project I know absolutely nothing about.

Gawd, is it only Thursday tomorrow? This week is dragging. Hurry up Friday.
