Patrick Stewart was on So Graham Norton. I only caught the end of it and wouldn't have if my sister hadn't yelled up the stairs for me to come and watch.
But what a sweetie! Just lovely and relaxed and humorous and *cough* sexy and *cough* old enough to be my father. And just so damned British. At one point he said to Graham Norton "You really are lovely aren't you." I've never seen Graham Norton stuck for something to say. *snigger*
My sister said in the middle of the show. "You know, I could never understand what you saw in him when you were 15 but... I think I get it. I'm worried."
I of course was, like, "Well, did you ever even listen to his voice?!"
Real Life is stressy and problematic. One of the issues I actually have control over is that I still have to make big decisions about my job. I don't like that. I'm currently giving in to my ostrich tendencies and pretending that if I ignore it for long enough it will all go away. Yes, I know, I know. It won't. But see, I can pretend.
